One Bedroom Units

We have a variety of one-bedroom units available.

Most of our one bedroom units consist of a Queen bed in the bedroom, and have a sofa bed in the lounge room.

The Sofa bed can be set up by our team for a fee - so speak to Reception if you require your one bedroom to have a sofa.

We do have a couple of one bedroom that have single beds in addition to the queen bed.

Two Bedroom Units

We have a variety of two-bedroom units available.

Most of our two-bedroom units consist of a Queen bed in each bedroom.
Our two-bedroom units have one or two bathrooms.

Some rooms have a sofa bed, and the Sofa bed can be set up by our team for a fee - so speak to Reception if you require your one bedroom to have a sofa.

We do have a couple of Two-bedroom that have single beds instead of the second queen size bed.

Swan Hill sits on the Murray, and there's plenty to fill a day here — whether that's a round of golf, a set of tennis, an afternoon on the bowls green, or a quiet spot on the riverbank with a rod in the water.

Explore the Swan Hill River Precinct

The river walk is a well-signposted 4.5 km stroll along the Murray and Little Murray Rivers. Take it on foot or by bike — either way, it's an easy way to see the river precinct at your own pace.

Day trip: Sea Lake

73 kilometres (45 mi) west of Swan Hill, Sea Lake is the main township for a number of wheat farms in the region and sits in the heart of the district's wheat-growing country — worth the drive for a look at rural Victoria at work.
